J. Jacob<\/strong>. It officially became an establishment in 2002. The company stands out as a pioneer in several respects \u2014 it is the <strong>first independent Catholic publishing house<\/strong> in the country and the <strong>first publisher to focus primarily on Moral Science<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s inaugural publication was <em>\u201cLiving by Values\u201d<\/em>, authored by <strong>Rev. Fr. M. C. Geroge<\/strong>, a writer widely recognized and respected across India. With this book, we laid the foundation for a new approach to Moral Science \u2014 moving away from vague, generalized content toward addressing essential moral topics with clarity and precision. <strong>Savio<\/strong> is also notable for being the first of its kind to formally accredit its authors, acknowledging their contribution in shaping moral education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We strive to Capture the Power of Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OUR VISION AND MISSION:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Savio<\/strong> is driven by a single mission: to make education accessible to everyone. J. Jacob<\/strong>, has been associated with the <strong>Salesian Family of Don Bosco<\/strong> since the age of 17. Immersed in the fellowship of the Salesian Family, he drew deep inspiration from the life and teachings of <strong>St. John Bosco<\/strong> and many other saints within the Salesian family. Among them, <strong>St. Dominic Savio<\/strong> held a special place in shaping his vision and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St. Dominic Savio<\/strong> was an Italian adolescent and a student of St. John Bosco. He was preparing for the priesthood when he fell ill and passed away at the tender age of 14. Despite his short life, he became the only person in his age group to be declared a saint \u2014 not for martyrdom, but for the exceptional holiness of his daily life. His canonization recognized a profound spiritual maturity far beyond his years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St. Dominic Savio continues to be a model and an inspiration \u2014 especially for children. The clear mission behind founding this establishment was to reach out meaningfully to children, to help guide and inspire them.
